Class Descriptions

 

Metabolic Meltdown
Mondays 6:30-7:00 am

 

30 min class starting with a quick warmup, leading into a high intensity workout using a few compound movemnets with some cario inbetween. These workouts are rest-based training style which means you rest when you need to. Ending class with some light stretching. Come get a great sweat on within a 30 min time frame.

 

Straight Strength
Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm

This is a circuit based format involving all major muscle groups. This class uses time based intervals and will include TRX, Cable Cross, Bosu Balls and tubing for extra resistance. Create strength and endurance within an hours time. Includes light stretching at the end of class.

 

Body Zone
Mon//Wed/Fri 9:30-1030 am

Whether we are working strength, cardio,or core, take your body to the appropriate training zone. This format will take you to the max in a safe, modified version of each movement by using RPE (rate of perceived exertion) Zones 1-10. This will ensure you are training at the proper heart rate by including compound movements with the TRX, Cable Cross, Bosu balance trainer, Ropes, Ladders, Balance discs, Stairs and much more....

 

  The Daily
  Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm      

Every class is something different and you never know what you are going to get. This format is designed to keep you moving from exercise to exercise using full range of motion throughout each movement. We utilize the whole body by incorporating strength, endurance, cardio and core in one full hour.

 

Core Crunch
Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30-6:00 pm

Come shape your abs and back in this 30 min AB crusher. Learn how to engage your core muscles to encrease balance and strength in your the mid section. Be prepared to feel the burn using tubing, TRX, Fit and Med balls and more.

 

Saturday Class Formats
8:00-9:00 am

Every other Saturday Roxanne Konen will be teaching a NEW class format including HIIT, Outdoor boot camp, 20/20/20, 50/50, Cardio Express, Metabolic Meltdown and more. Please check class calendar for full details.
