What is a fitness Assessment and what should I wear?

A fitness assessment is something we offer ALL new clients (with the exception of class formats) this is considered a baseline for us to check your fitness level. We check postural alignment, joint mobility, flexibility and strength. We also check your measurements to ensure we stay on top of your goals. During this session (which is about 45 minutes long) you will be moving a bit, so we ask that you wear loose clothing that you can feel comfortable in. This is the most important part of the program development as we at Fitness Solutions want to help you balance out weaknesses and gain strength were you may need it the most in a safe environment.

What is the difference between One-on-One session's verses Class/Boot Camp formats?

The difference between the Class formats and One-on-One sessions is that the class format is based on an hour session that is in a group design. The class format is considered for those who just want to pay for a great workout Indoor and Outdoor class that is fun and keeps you moving and motivated. There is NO ASSESESSMENT involved. We do ask that you fill out a waiver and ask general health related questions to ensure safety before starting this program. The One-on-One sessions are more private and have a specific training purpose whether it is weight loss, sports specific, balance or stability. We discuss nutrition, goals, program design, and much more. We offer many options for training at Fitness Solutions.

What if I purchase a package of One-on-One sessions and I cannot use them within the expiration time frame?

We ask that before you plan to purchase session packages that you please look ahead at your own calendar before you buy sessions. We at Fitness Solutions want to make sure that you seek your goals and to do that we need consistency in the training. We feel that we offer many options for you and your fitness goals. If you find that you are going to be gone for a long duration of time, perhaps consider another option for training that better suits your needs at that time.

What if I have never worked out before? Will I be able to keep up with the training?

YES! We have been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. We are considered the best trainers in El Dorado County via "Foothill Style Magazine" 2008-2014. We customize programs for all fitness levels. We continue to monitor all clients during the workout to ensure a safe yet effective session.
